At Schultzberg Agency, we take an active and engaged approach to representing both actors and creative talent. We proactively put our actors forward for relevant roles and connect our writers, directors and other creatives with opportunities that match their skills, experience and ambitions. We build relationships with casting directors, producers and creative teams, and travel regularly to strengthen our networks and create opportunities across markets.

We work to keep our talent visible within the industry, highlighting their strengths, showcasing their work and introducing them to relevant contacts when opportunities arise.

With offices in Stockholm and London, we are building an international agency with a strong local presence in each market.

Founder Malou Schultzberg brings over 20 years of experience across casting, talent representation and production. Her longstanding relationships throughout the Nordic and international screen industries provide a broad perspective on the creative process and the connections that help talent and projects move across borders.

Our London-based agent, Robin Hudson, brings over 20 years of experience working with three leading British agencies, alongside extensive casting experience on productions involving directors such as Steven Spielberg, Ridley Scott and Danny Boyle, as well as several projects with Terrence Malick. His established relationships and in-depth knowledge of the British industry strengthen our presence in the UK.

Together, our Stockholm and London teams combine their experience, networks and local industry knowledge, sharing opportunities and relationships across markets to create new possibilities for the talent we represent.
