SEYHMUS ALTUN
Seyhmus Altun is a writer and director with over 15 years of experience across commercials, TV and film.
Based in Denmark and working throughout Europe, Turkey and the MENA region, his work moves between cultures, languages, and formats with ease.
His debut feature As We Breathe, a Turkish-Danish co-production, premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and San Sebastián International Film Festival, went on to screen at festivals worldwide, and won multiple awards including the Bronze Pyramid at Cairo International Film Festival.
In 2026, he was selected as a Berlinale Talent. Seyhmus is currently in development on his second feature film.
